Product Subscription Review - March Ipsy & Popsugar

OK heres the thing, I might have forgotten to cancel the Popsugar subscription. I originally signed up for 3 months, but once thats over they put you on monthly renewal until you cancel.  There’s a good and a bad side to this. The “good” is this month’s Popsugar box was awesome and I’m glad I didn’t miss out on it. The bad is not so “bad” as it is annoying. They upped the monthly fee from $30 to $35 with no warning. I’m definitely maybe going to think about canceling it.

The Ipsy bag was a tad off this month. I usually like most of the products, but the make-up in the Popsugar box was better than anything I received in this month’s shipment. Ipsy came with travel make up wipes and a hydrating mist, which are both great for travel, but not really “beauty” products. The third item is called Glam RX which sounds like some sort of beauty rescue. Its basically a cardboard vanity mirror with an empty space where some sort of touch up make-up goes. But theres nothing there. There were two tiny eye shadows outside of that box and they fit inside. I guess they could be used in a beauty emergency. I’m just not fully getting it.

Item I'm Most Excited about: The octagon necklace is SO cute! I don’t usually wear gold, but I’m into mixing metals right now.

The March Ipsy Make-Up Bag
-LA Fresh Travel Makeup Removers (Retail $1.49)
-Glam Rx (Retail $16.50 for mirror case with palette, Ipsy one is empty!?!)
-Juice Beauty Hydrating Mist 1 oz. container (Retail $22 for 6.75 ounces)
SUBSCRIPTION COST: $10
Item I'm Most Excited about: I like the Hydrating Mist. My dad used to travel to Japan and he would get a little toiletry bag in business class. He would bring me some of the leftover goodies (see, I told you I’ve always like products and samples). The toiletry bag always had a little hydrating mist for the long and dry airplane ride. I loved it then and I love it now!
