The Northern Lights

I’ve recently decided that I need to see the Northern Lights at some point in my life. I’ve been reading more about it, changing my desktop wallpaper to different pictures of it, and I even found this video which is like Northern Lights for dummies. If you have a minute watch it, the fact that this phenomenon exists blows my mind. If you don’t watch the video you won’t hurt my feelings, you will just be losing out on learning about space magic. As if my mind wasn’t blown enough, I was trying to explain the process of the Northern Lights to Josh after watching the video, and he casually says “Oh yeah, those solar flares always interfere with our satellites”. WHOA. Josh is like a mad scientist that fights off evil solar flares. (Josh proof read that last sentence, and told me I was exaggerating). Anyway, theres my little random story. SCIENCE!
