Josh loves chocolate cake and I'm not too crazy about it which means I don't make it very often. For his birthday I make sure to give him chocolate overload to make up for all the cream cheese frosting and red velvet I make during the year. I HIGHLY recommend these recipes. They were relatively easy and this is most delicious chocolate cake I've ever tasted!!! Josh was a fan.

AFTER CAKE
It was a good thing we had the cake the night before his actual birthday dinner at The Melting Pot, because they serve up four courses of yummy goodness (Cheese Fondue course, Salad course, Main course, & the chocolate fondue course)! This restaurant is definitely for special occasions.... lets just say the walk to the car felt like a struggle.
Here is my caveman protecting his wares.
Here is a list of weird presents that only my fiance could appreciate; special pancake plates with a syrup "trough", a candle that smells like pizza, a picnic basket, a Jack Daniels hoodie, shark business socks, and a bottle of Angels Envy Bourbon. Happy Birthday Joshua!
