It was a month of old friends for me. I visited Heather in Maryland, I had dinner with Kasey in Dc, and my bestest friend from high school came all the way to LA for a visit! I’m still running on a friendship high!
Steph came out on a friday night and went home on a Monday night. It was a whirlwind of trip, but I think we did a good job of fitting a lot of fun activities in! Saturday, I took Steph to the Getty Museum. It has awesome views of LA and we got lucky with such a gorgeous clear day!

For dinner I took her to Umami burger, and she agrees with me... “BEST BURGER EVER”.
Sunday was our annual Bastard Bunny Brunch, basically its displaced east coaster's potluck easter celebration.
We spent all day eating food, playing games, and consuming massive amounts of mimosas and spiked Arnold Palmers. We went to Blue Dog Cafe that night for dinner, even if Josh doesn’t fully remember it. This is where Stephanie proclaimed “SECOND BEST BURGER EVER!”
Monday we went to the LA Zoo, which I had never been to before. It was better than i thought it would be, they even had a big elephant exhibit!
My friends are lucky they don’t have any baby boys, cause they would be getting this zoo keeper/safari outfit as a present post haste. Adorbs.
It was so good to catch up with and spend time with Steph. It was just like old times; quoting silly movies, reviving 10 year old inside jokes, and saying ridiculous things to try and make each other laugh. Love you Steph!
